1934-D Buffalo Nickel PCGS MS-63 Small D, "Rattler"

Nice coin in the old first generation small PCGS holder, affectionately termed the "rattler" because the coins often didn't fit snugly and rattled around in them. As well, these tend to be very conservatively graded and hence can bring strong premiums. This particular piece would probably grade MS-64 today, and as a bonus it features the small D mintmark which is the scarcer of this date.
