Not graded by PCGS due to reverse damage, which may in fact have been a damaged or laminated planchet before the strike. Either way, it does detract from the otherwise smooth surfaces. Still, this remains an appealing low grade example of this very scarce and popular variety. The rarer of the two LIHERTYs, paired with a 1794 style reverse. Very seldom seen!
