RETURNS: Satisfaction guaranteed! Fourteen day return privilege upon receiving the coin. All returns must be in their original, untampered-with holders. Postage is not refundable. All our variety attributions are guaranteed correct forever--no time limit--as long as the coin remains in its sealed and untampered-with holder. Returns for layaways differ, please see layaway terms below.

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: We gladly accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and money orders. Personal, business, and cashier's checks are fine too,  but please allow TEN business days for ALL checks to clear prior to shipment of item.  Bank wire also available--please call 239-313-5687 for details.      

LAY-AWAYS: We are always pleased to offer a free 60 day, no interest layaway for all of our items (or multiple items) that total at least $250.00 or more. All we require is a minimum 10% deposit which must be paid within ten days or the transaction may be cancelled. After that, we will invoice you for the remaining balance in three equal installments on the 20th, 40th, and 60th day of the layaway period. To initiate a layaway, click the "Add to Cart" button, and then contact us to let us know that you will be putting the item on layaway. We will then invoice you for the minimum 10% deposit, and you can send your deposit by personal check, money order, cashier's check, credit card, or Paypal. You can send your payments during the sixty day duration using these methods of payment as well. All checks (including cashier's checks or business checks) must clear ten business days prior to shipment of item. Also, you are free to send a larger down payment, or send additional payments at any time , and we will keep track of and adjust the remaining balance for you. You could also pay it off earlier than the sixty days; the sooner you pay, the sooner you get the coin! However, if you fail to complete the transaction, you will forfeit your 10% deposit. We are flexible and easy to work with (within reason); don't worry, we won't cancel the transaction if it turns out to be 61 days! Just let us know and we are happy to work with you. Beyond that, for layaways only, after the transaction has been completed and you receive the coin and find that you are not happy, UNCERTIFIED coins CAN be returned, but there will be a 10% restocking fee. This is because we have tied up the coin for over two months for you, making it unavailable to other buyers online, through our traditional mail order service, and at the many coin shows we do. CERTIFIED coins put on layaway CANNOT be returned, as you should already know what you are getting. Any questions?

SHIPPING: We are glad to offer free U.S. shipping on all of our store inventory items. We ship all of our items United States Postal Service First Class mail and include insurance. Items over $1200 are shipped registered/insured for the utmost security.

RAPID SHIPPING: After clearance of payment, we strive to ship all orders by the next business day whenever possible. If we are away attending a coin show or some other unexpected event occurs and cannot ship promptly, we will try to notify you of the delay. 

PRIOR SALES: Because we are at a coin show almost every week, all of our items are subject to prior sale. Although we make every effort to end our listings as soon as they become unavailable, sometimes we just do not get to the computer in time. If this occurs, you will be contacted as soon as possible and your will receive an immediate refund.
