1867 With Rays Shield Nickel ICG MS-62; F-08, R.P.D.; FS-301, RARE!

A very rare and fascinating variety with the date first apparently punched with a larger date logotype!  This example is one of the finest known, with the 1 showing, but only a bit of the 7 evident, apparently a victim of some grease in the die in the date area obscuring it.  Neat coin!
