Shipping Information
Free Insured Shipping in the United States
We ship all numismatic items for free via USPS Ground Advantage and INCLUDE INSURANCE AND TRACKING. Items over $2,000 are shipped registered/insured for the utmost security. Overnight express upgrades are not available. *Shipping rates, carrier, and processing times for items marked bullion brokerage related differ (see Bullion Brokerage Terms and Conditions for details).
Rapid Shipping
After clearance of payment, we strive to ship all orders by the next business day whenever possible. If we are away attending a coin show or at some other unexpected event and cannot ship promptly, we will try to notify you of the delay. *Shipping times for items marked bullion related differ (see Bullion Brokerage Terms and Conditions for details).

Order Verification
In order to purchase from Numismatic Classics, all customers are required to register. Guest Check-outs are not permitted. Our fraud protection team scrupulously reviews all purchases and payment methods. In some cases, you may be telephoned to verify your purchase, or you may be asked to provide a copy of your drivers license before your order can be fulfilled.
Purchases will only be shipped to the address that matches the address of your payment method. We will not honor requests to ship to alternate addresses. Bullion orders will only be shipped to your verified residential address. We will not ship orders to a UPS Store or any other “mailbox” type store location.
We retain the right to cancel any order deemed suspicious.

Paypal
When you purchase from our online store, you may securely pay for your purchase with PayPal.
Credit Cards
You may pay for purchases from our store with your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. Or, you can call us directly at 239-313-5687 during our business hours from 9-4 Monday-Friday for fast and easy processing of your payment. Credit Card orders are shipped the next day whenever possible.
Venmo
You will see this option at check-out.
Bank Wire
Available for orders totaling over $2,500. When you select this payment method at check-out, an email with the wire instructions will be sent to you upon placement of your order.
Checks
When you purchase from our online store, you may reserve your purchase by opting to mail a personal, business, cashiers check, or money order. When you select this option, an email with payment instructions will be sent to you. Payment must arrive within ten business days after purchase, or the item will be taken off hold for you and returned to our inventory as available.
We will let you know when your payment arrives. All checks (except cashier’s checks) require ten business days for clearance of funds prior to shipment of item. Cashier’s checks require three business days for clearance. Once your payment has fully cleared our bank, we will promptly ship your item and provide you with the tracking number.
Failure to send your check after you have committed to purchase an item using this payment method may result in our refusal to accept check orders from you in the future and require immediate payment in the form of either a credit card or Paypal.
ACH OR Electronic (E) Checks
Pay from your checking or savings account directly on-line. When you select this method of payment, just enter your banking information when prompted. Processing time for ACH or Electronic Checks is three business days before your item is shipped.

Layaway
We offer a free layaway on items (or multiple items) which total $250 or more. Please click the “Free Layaway” tab at the top of this page to read the details. When checking out, please use the “Pay With Check” option, and write a note in the space provided that you will be utilizing the layaway plan. **Layaway is not available Bullion Brokerage items related (see Bullion Brokerage terms and conditions for details).

Your satisfaction is guaranteed, backed by our “no hassle” thirty day return privilege! After receiving the item, if you find you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund. Buyer pays for return shipping costs. All returns must be in their original, untampered-with holders. *NO RETURN PRIVILEGE for Bullion Brokerage related items (see Bullion Brokerage terms and conditions for details).
All items guaranteed genuine; no fake Chinese imports here! [Obviously, this does not apply if we list the item as being a restrike, reproduction, privately made contemporary piece, etc.] The images we provide in our listings are of the actual item you will receive; no “bait and switch”. While we are not professional photographers, these images are our best attempt to show the item as it actually appears in hand, and are not altered in any way. We are sure you will be pleased, as in most cases, the item in actuality will be nicer than the photos. In fact, for example, our photos of coins often do not portray them in their true beauty, as mint luster and colorful toning are not captured well. Also, minor imperfections are sometimes exaggerated by the lighting and appear worse than they actually are.
All our variety attributions are guaranteed correct as well, based on the current numismatic references at the time the item is listed (sometimes variety numbers can change or be de-listed when new reference materials are published).
